Managing Partner – Diana Aizman
Ms. Aizman is a former prosecutor for the City of Los Angeles & the managing partner of Aizman Law Firm. She has handled thousands of cases involving Manslaughter, Domestic Violence, Assault, Battery, Prostitution and Driving Under the Influence (DUI). During part of her tenure as a prosecutor in the City of Los Angeles, she was assigned and specially trained as a DUI prosecutor. This extensive experience makes her extremely knowledgeable about the science behind DUI and how to properly identify defenses to DUI. Ms. Aizman has significant jury trial experience with an extremely successful record as well as a POST certificate Breath Alcohol Testing Device Certification.
Attorney – Lisa Jensen
Ms. Jensen practices criminal defense law in the Greater Los Angeles area and many counties in Southern California. She has handled thousands of cases in counties throughout California including a number of jury trials involving complex forensic DUI science issues.
Of Counsel – Blithe Leece
Ms. Leece is a former Los Angeles Deputy District Attorney. While at the Los Angeles County District Attorney’s Office Ms. Leece tried 34 jury trials with a 90% success rate, including complex multi defendant felony cases. She also prosecuted gang crimes which dealt with issues involving shootings to protect drug territories; gun crimes; sales and transportation of narcotics; and gang retaliation as well as misdemeanor crimes such as DUI. She prepared over 500 cases for jury trial, and handled hundreds of preliminary hearings ranging from drug offenses to murder.
Case Manager – Olga Zakrevskaya
Olga Zakrevskaya earned her certificate of completion from the Los Angeles Valley College Professional Paralegal Academy in 2007. She began her career in law working with the law offices of Green & Shinee begininning in 2004. There she started her career as a receptionist and worked her way up to becoming a paralegal. Ms. Zakrevskaya was responsible for preparing legal correspendence, as well as subpoenas, prepared clients for interrogative interviews and trials and helped attorneys prepare for trial.
